All prices are subject
to change without notice. While we strive to be accurate with
our pricing, we are human and sometime make an error. In the
event that you place an order where we made a mistake with
the price, you will be contacted prior to the order being
processed and you will have the option to cancel the transaction.
Audio Warehouse Express posts
the manufacturer's product and product specifications as provided
by the manufacturer for informational purposes only. Audio
Warehouse Express does not guarantee nor warrant the accuracy
of any manufacturer's specifications or cosmetic appearance
of the actual product.
On
Line Ordering:
Orders placed on line utilize the Audio Warehouse Express
retail shopping cart. Shipping charges are an
ESTIMATE ONLY. Actual shipping charges may vary
(often lower but sometimes higher) depending on the location
that they are shipped from. If the actual shipping charges
are going to be substantially higher, you will be contacted
prior to the shipment being made. Additionally, all products
MAY NOT be shipped from
the same location. If this results in anticipated higher shipping
costs, you will be notified prior to the order being processed.
There will be a
$3.00 service
charge for all drop shipments. If an order is being shipped
to your location, this service charge will not apply.
Since our wholesale site draws
from material from our retail site, there may be certain retail
promotions such as free shipping that may appear in the product
text (description). These retail promotions DO
NOT apply to wholesale transactions. If you ever
have any questions, be sure to give us a call to confirm any
promotion that might be stated in the product text (description).
Order
Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an auto generated
order confirmation. We suggest that you print a copy of the
confirmation and note the order number should you need to
contact us.
IMPORTANT:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation
does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it
constitute confirmation of our offer to sell nor does it guarantee
product availability. Audio Warehouse Express reserves the
right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or
decline your order for any reason.
Communication regarding a placed
order is done via email via our order entry system. It uses
the email address that you type in during the order process.
If you type in the wrong address or don't check your mail
regularly, you may miss important communications regarding
your order. If you do not reply in a timely fashion, your
order may be delayed. While we try to make every effort to
get hold of you regarding an issue with your order, we cannot
be held liable for delays due to non-reply to our email messages.
Shipping:
Many shipments are
made same day or within 24 hours. If you have an expedited
shipment that is time sensitive, you should ask for confirmation
of product availability and estimated ship date. Please keep
in mind that UPS and FedEx do not count weekends and holidays
as transit days. For example, an order specified for Next
Day Air delivery to be shipped on a Friday will not be delivered
until the following Monday.
For undeliverable or refused
shipments, shipping will not be refunded. Customers who have
been provided with tracking numbers sometimes contact UPS
or FedEx to change the delivery address. In these instances,
UPS and FedEx will assess additional service charges which
will be automatically charged to your account.
Once we hand shipments to UPS
or FedEx, they are liable for the safe, intact delivery of
the merchandise. If your package (or customer's package) is
received damaged DO NOT RETURN!
Immediately contact the shipping company at once to report
the damage and they will come back to inspect the package.

We will not be held liable for
incidental loss of use due to shipping errors. If an expedited
shipment is shipped by a slower method than requested, you
will be charged for the lesser rate or be issued a full refund
if the product is refused due to late delivery (on confirmed
expedited shipments only).
Payment:
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal,
Money Orders and Certified Checks. With payment via Money
Orders and Certified Checks, orders will not be shipped until
payment is received.
A 3% service charge is applied
to every order. Example
Product = $100.00 Shipping =
$8.00. Subtotal is $108.00 + 3% service charge of $3.24 =
Invoice total of $111.24. For credit card payments, your card
will be pre-approved for the product and estimated shipping.
Your card will not be charged until the shipment has been
made and actual shipping charges have been determined.
If you intend to pay via PalPal,
DO NOT submit your payment
until we have confirmed back to you product availability and
the confirmed total cost of the transaction (shipping and
associated service charges, if applicable). Only verified
member PayPay payments are accepted
Return Policy:
A. If an item is received defective
we will provide you with an exchange or product credit towards
a future purchase. All returns must be in the original cartons
with all accessories, manuals and packing material. Items returned
with missing or damaged packaging are subject to a repackaging
charge which is determined at our sole discretion. Items returned
with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses,
etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing
items. You will be advised in these instances and will have
the option for return of the product repaired.
All returns require a Return
Authorization Number. For an RA Number, call customer service

Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized (without an RA
number) will be refused. Note: The RA Number does not guarantee
exchange, repair or refund of your return.

condition in which it was received.
