We are an Internet retailer
serving the net since 1996. We ship from our central New Jersey
warehouse and from a number of other locations throughout
the US.
We are an authorized distributor
for a number of product lines that we sell. Other lines we
source direct from manufacturers or authorized distributors.
Due to agreements, we are unable to wholesale certain products
that we feature on our retail site. If a product (line) is
not on our wholesale site, you can assume that it is not available
for resale.

By
purchasing from us, you are not authorized by the respective
manufacturers to use thier intellectual property such as images,
etc. or to represent yourself as an authorized dealer. This
permission can only be obtained directly from the respective
manufacturer and not from us. Many manufacturers have minimum
advertised pricing policies and actively monitor the internet
(especially auction sites).
We will sell wholesale ONLY
to established businesses. If you do not have a business license,
a resale certificate or another form of documentation which
proves that you are an established business, we are sorry
but we cannot sell you.

Q.
Do you drop ship?
A. Yes, for this service we have a nominal
$3.00 service charge.
Q.
Can you put my return address on the shipping label?
A. In most cases no
Since we often ship direct from
a manufacturer's or another distributor's warehouse we cannot
do this. Most shipments will have AWE Fulfillment or the manufacturer's
name as the return address on the shipping label. It is common
these days for customers to receive packages with a name on
it other than that of the selling retailer.

How much is shipping?
A. We charge actual shipping cost only. We have contracts
with UPS and FedEx and ship all packages insured. Rates depend
on weight, distance and value.
Q.
Will you ship worldwide?
A. Yes, in these cases we will need an invoice faxed to us
to enclose for customs purposes. The invoice must include
your company name, address and phone number along with your
Federal ID number. It must also include your customer's name,
address and phone number. For an international shipping quotation,
please send a request via email.

Do you provide tracking numbers?
A. Yes, in most cases. Some of the manufacturers we deal with
do not provide us with tracking numbers as of yet but will
provide them upon request should an shipment be lost or overdue.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A. No, you can order whatever you want but we reserve the
right to deactivate your account should you not make a purchase
over a certain period of time.

Do you provide product catalogs and promotional items?
A. Sorry, we do not. Most manufacturers do a poor job of providing
these materials except direct to consumers. The following

web sites and or toll free numbers where you can order free
product catalogs.

Q. Do you
provide tech support?
A. Sorry, we do not. We assume that our customers have a knowledge
of the business and understand the products they are buying.
Most manufacturer's have technical support and toll free numbers
that you and your customers can call for assistance. In addition,
our retail site and manufacturer web sites have a number of
application charts and tools to help you with technical issues.

What are your payment options?
A. We accept most major credit cards or payment via PayPal.
Due to the very low profit margin associated with the products
we sell, a 3% surcharge will be added to every order. Example
Product = $100.00 Shipping = $8.00. Subtotal is $108.00 +
3% surcharge of $3.24 = Invoice total of $111.24.

Do you provide open accounts?
A. Rarely but you can always inquire about this. Processing
open accounts take quite a bit of time and we require a signed,
notarized personal guarantee agreement from all applicants.

What is your warranty policy?
A. Every manufacturer warrants that the product is free for
defects and offers a warranty for a specific period of time.
As a wholesaler, we obtain products direct from manufacturers
and suppliers engaged in the business of selling products
for resale and we acquire these products with the belief that
they are in working order "out of the box".
AWE will repair, exchange or
credit (less shipping) any product which fails with 10 days
of purchase. Products returned without their original packing
with manual, warranty card and accessories shall be repaired
(only). Merchandise returned cosmetically damaged shall be
repaired (only) and returned in the same cosmetic condition
that was received. Non-defective product will be returned
and you will be charged for the return shipping cost.
Beyond the 10 day period, if
you prefer, AWE will assist you in the repair or exchange
of the product but you will be required to pay for the shipping
costs incurred for AWE to mail the repair for service and
to ship it back to you or your customer.
Certain product lines such as
Rockford Fosgate, Kicker and Phoenix Gold are repair only,
in accordance with these manufacturer's warranty (even if
it is defective out of the box). AWE promptly processes all
returns but will not be held liable for the amount of time
it can take for a repair to be returned. AWE will also not
be held liable should the manufacturer or the authorized manufacture's
warranty service center deem that the warranty be void due
to misuse or neglect.
All returns must be accompanied
with a return authorization number. To obtain a RA Number,

Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized (without an RA
number) will be refused. Note: The RA Number does not guarantee
exchange, repair or refund of your return. Please pack the
item(s) in a box similar to the one it was shipped to you
in and write the RA number on the outside of the carton so
we can reference it to the note we put on your record when
you called.
Items returned physically or
cosmetically damaged will not be accepted for credit. If defective,
product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic
condition in which it was received.
AWE will not be held liable
for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and re-installation
charges associated with defective or returned product.
AWE has direct factory relationships
with most of the products we sell, but not all. Some manufacturers
state that they will not honor the warranty of their products
if purchased from someone other than an authorized re-seller.
There is no material difference between purchasing a new factory
manufactured product from an authorized or non-authorized
re-seller, except maybe the price. It could be suggested that
manufacturers with such an exclusionary policy are attempting
to restrain trade or fix prices and could be in violation
of certain federal and consumer laws.
AWE
cannot make you an authorized dealer for anything we sell
you. Should you wish to become an authorized dealer for a
product line, you should contact that manufacturer direct.
Some manufacturers object to the use of their intellectual
property such as trademarks, logos and product images and
actively enforce the reproduction of said property in print
or on the internet. By purchasing product from AWE, you are
not under any circumstances authorized to use any manufacturer's
intellectual property. Permission for this can only be obtained
directly from the respective manufacturer in writing.
